We are currently recruiting for a highly dedicated and experienced property renting agency in Cardiff with a huge portfolio of Cardiff properties including apartments, flats and houses. They are looking for a full time Administrator to join their team. You will be required to work to their standard office opening hours which are 9.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 11-2pm. They also offer potential over time throughout the year during busy periods.

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Taking and filtering calls
  • Dealing with housing enquiries
  • Welcome packs
  • Scanning uploading paperwork
  • General filling
  • Confirm viewings
  • Logging maintenance
  • Notice for viewings/ inspections
  • Amendment to inventory
  • Courtesy calls during move in move outs
  • Admin emails and enquiries
Requirements
  • Confident
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Quick learner
  • Computer literate
  • Able and confident to deal with customers face-to-face, via email and phone
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
