Assistant Accountant - Cardiff

My client based in Cardiff are looking for an Assistant accountant, preferably AAT qualified, temporary initially for 3 months, however the role comes with real potential to go permanent for right candidate

Duties will include

• SAGE 50
• SAGE 50 payroll
• Stock control
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Accounts payable (processing invoices, coding, supplier statement recs)
• Payroll reconciliations (does not need to actually process payroll, more analysis and recs)
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Help with year end and internal audit requests
• Credit control – debtor reviews
• Month end journals
• Cash reconciliations
