Lucid Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of the largest information security training organisation in the world. The company offer intensive, technical training designed to impart the skills and techniques necessary for defending systems and networks against the most dangerous threats - the ones being actively exploited. Their training is led by world-renowned, expert instructors and the curriculum covers all the most crucial areas of security. Training can be delivered in a classroom, training event, privately in the workplace or online.
 
They are currently seeking Business Development Assistants to join them who are native speakers of Italian, German, French, Spanish or any Eastern European language.
 
Purpose of the role:
  • To support the Head of Business Development and the sales team to deliver specific KPI’s & targets within the chosen region
  • Working as part of a close-knit team, you will help raise SANS profile by underpinning market-facing activity whilst supporting internal business development activities
  • To be responsible for developing existing client relationships, qualifying and pursuing new client opportunities and building the SANS brand in accordance with our values and mission statement.
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development Manager’s to deliver and exceed sales targets.
  • Support the Business Development Manager’s in general business development activity where necessary, preparing for events, meetings campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and engage sales when appropriate.
  • Be accountable for all invoices/payments prior to events
  • Update and maintain Salesforce/ CRM
  • Arranging on-site visits for sales staff when required
  • Maintain and build upon relationships with the local market place, researching networking events in the area suitable for BDM’s to attend.
  • Assist with general administration and ad hoc tasks supporting the sales team.
  • Assist with the events cycle including targeting customers through calls and social media to attend events and follow up one to one post events.
  • Undertake follow-up to networking and business development activity to set up and facilitate appropriate meetings with existing and potential clients, active targets.
  • Attend meetings with internal development groups as and when required.
