Lucid Recruitment are currently recruiting for an educational institution who are seeking a dynamic individual to join them as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be joining a national organisation with a dedicated, centralised team.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all learners, parents and gatekeepers
  • Provide critical administration support to learners across all services
  • Responding and contacting warm leads generated by their website
  • Logging notes on conversations held and tracking response on a database
  • Email/ text correspondence
  • Document typing/ preparation
  • Appointment organisation
  • Database administration and data entry
  • Supporting learners with financial applications and processing

Requirements

  • Fluent Welsh speaker
  • Be a confident and clear communicator
  • Highly computer literate
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ideally have 1-2 years of experience within a fast moving office environment or from a call centre environment
  • Be highly motivated
