Lucid Recruitment are working on behalf a Facilities Management company in south Wales, who are recruiting a contracts Manager. I’m looking for an organised and enthusiastic person who will ensure that all contracts are managed in line with my clients specification and that they are achieving the clients and our expectations.
Job responsibilities
Personnel/Training
  • Ensure that each team member is fully trained into their job role.
  • Manage staffing rotas
  • Ensure that training records are kept up to date
  • Ensure that health and safety procedures are correctly and strictly adhered to.
  • Ensure that all sub contractors are fulfilling our requirements and update annual planner.
  • Regularly update and liaise with clients and employees.
  • Regularly update and liaise with area manager and director.
Administration
  • Submission of all time sheets/documentation to the office within the agreed timescale.
  • Sign off and file audits carried out and display any action points.
  • Document any ad-hoc requests and address in a timely manner.
  • Document issues raised and resolve promptly.
  • Recruitment of staff and completion of all start up documentation.
Other
  • Knowledge/Experience in Educational sector preferred.
