Lucid Recruitment are working with a long standing
Caerphilly
based client to source a Sales Estimator on a full time, permanent basis.
Job Profile
The role consists of preparation, processing and submission of quotations to the company clients. The successful candidate will take pride in taking ownership of their workload representing the clients portfolio of products from the point of quotation up until the sales closure.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation, processing and submission of quotations
Ensure that all key information is obtained in order to offer a suitable solution to the client for his project/application requirements.
Always provide compliant and competitive solutions.
Carry out specification checks as per the departmental KPIs.
Always provide excellent customer service.
Meet agreed targets, KPIs and deadlines.
Competencies
Good commercial awareness and a strong understanding of engineering, consultancy and construction contracting principles and methods of working.
Competence in managing projects, customer relationships, and problem solving, all aimed at achieving results.
Working competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
Personal Profile
Ability to work and contribute positively in a team environment
Highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Methodical and logical mind with a keen attention to detail
A self-starter and capable of working with minimum supervision
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
