£22,000 - £25,000 basic plus commission and car allowance - Sales

Lucid Recruitment are currently working with a well-established organisation that supply, install and maintain a large variety of Telecoms equipment. The company is independently owned and based in Cwmbran. They currently service South Wales and the South West and are looking to grow their team in line with their ambitious growth plans for 2019. Therefore they are seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join them as soon as possible.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
 
  • To consult on and sell products to new and user business in designated geographical area
  • Regularly required to update the CRM database and associated forms
  • Contact, appoint and attend leads passed to them from the telesales team
  • Generate leads through sales skills such as call sessions, canvassing, phone calls and social media to generate appointments, demonstrations and proposals to sell in order to achieve target
  • Accurately complete all paperwork related to the sale such as; sale agreement, service agreement, finance paperwork and internal forms
  • Account manage existing users within their geographical area and their house accounts through regular phone or face to face contact on no more than a 6-monthly basis
  • Offer after sales support to users if needed
  • Keep accurate records of activities and proposals
  • Attend meetings using structured diary planning and take part in activity sessions as well as achieving the companies set KPI’s

Requirements
 
  • Have a natural sales ability
  • Be hard working, honest and professional
  • B2B
  • Ideally experience within the telecoms industry or similar
