Lucid Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Sheffield who is seeking a Lettings Advisor.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Meeting sales targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction 
  • Ensuring that all leads are followed up in a timely manner
  • Assisting in the promotion of the sites and implement sales strategies
  • Assist in training of new site based staff
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure all data is captured
  • Support site staff with open days, sales activities and viewings
 
Requirements 
  • Sales/ target driven
  • Previous experience in sales/ customer service/ lettings/ hospitality or retail sectors
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Confident, outgoing and friendly attitude
  • Excellent customer service experience 
  • Be reliable, punctual and consistent in your approach
