My client, a production plant based in Blackwood are looking for a number of Machine Operatives.
The operatives will be recruited on a temp to perm basis, working as temporary workers for 12 weeks. If successful after this period, the role will turn into permanent employment.
- Candidates will be safety aware
- You’ll feel happy working with high temperature goods
- You will have to work safely with blades to trim product
- A good eye for detail spotting defects
Hours worked on shifts will be working 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm / 6pm – 6am with 2 x ½ hr paid breaks ( 2 days then 2 nights)
Their normal week will consist of either 36 hours or 48 hours depending on how their shifts fall.
There is an attendance allowance of £30 per week providing all hours are worked and no late or absence is recorded.
The role pays £8.72 per hour and is weekly pay whilst you are temping. Car driver essential due to location.
