Job Title:             Marketing Manager

Salary:                  £26,000 - £30,000

Location:             Bristol

 

We are currently working with a one of the UK’s leading companies within their field who operate within the global telecoms industry. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize their marketing strategy.

 

They need someone with experience in SEO, website management and performance, as well as both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. Their marketing has always been dealt with via an outsourced marketing agency with the support of the Global Head of Marketing who is based internationally, and they now feel it is time to bring this role in-house, based at their UK office in Bristol.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Plan and execute all marketing, including SEO/PPC, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Working across the group you will execute and deliver the strategy to deliver sales and operating profit as agreed.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), including improvement plans.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to optimize spend against performance
  • Proactively create content and visual assets to support digital campaigns.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Lead and develop the marketing plan and work alongside the Sales Director to ensure vision is understood and delivered against.
  • Responsible for the marketing plan, including budget, ROI and KPI’s.

 

Skills Required

 

  • Ideally educated to degree level in a Marketing related discipline, or similar.
  • Experienced in SEO and website management and performance.
  • Experience at management level.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • An organised and driven individual who can manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and developments at one time.
  • Good up-to-date knowledge of different digital marketing channels and trends
  • Good up-to-date knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both internal and external and at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive nature.
