Lucid Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an insurance company based in Bristol who are seeking a Retention Administrator. 
 
Roles and responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up with customers who have ended their contract of insurance 
  • Proactively follow up with customers who have had a bank rejection for premiums or insufficient funds to arrange a payment structure that may be more suitable to the member
  • Re-actively deal with members who cancel via email, phone or letter to understand their reason and discuss the specific product in more detail to ensure client is fully aware of the policy benefits they are losing
  • Undertake administration activities for new and existing customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer telephone calls, letters and e-mails in respect of cancellations
  • Take direct debit details to reinstate policies where possible
Requirements 
  • Negotiating skills
  • Customer service
  • Proven data entry accuracy
  • Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry an advantage
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Adaptable approach to daily duties
  • Be able to work in a small team and independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to develop new skills
