£16,500 basic salary plus £25,000 OTE (uncapped) - Sales

We are currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding FCA Authorised Financial Services company. The company offer a range of personal loans to customers throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a home based Sales Advisor to join their growing UK wide team.

This position is ideal for someone looking to work from the comfort of their own home whilst earning an impressive uncapped commission structure with a great basic salary. The role does not involve cold calling as all of the leads are very warm.

Working Hours

Monday and Thursday 9:45 -6:45
Tuesday and Wednesday 9:45 - 5:45
Friday 9:30 - 6pm

Responsibilities
  • Calling customers who have applied for a personal loan online
  • Asking specific fact-finding questions
  • Completing an initial application form
  • Selling the loan on offer
  • Transferring them to their local branch to complete the loan application
  • Commission is earned on every customer transferred to their local branch
Requirements
  • This role job is home based so you must be disciplined, hungry to earn commission
  • Call centre experience is desirable
  • All equipment is provided including computer and headset
  • The company offers a dialer system, so you will not be charged for calls
  • A good home Broadband connection is all that is required
  • Full contract provided and 28 days holiday including Bank holidays
