Lucid Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a very well-established Letting and Management Agency based in Cardiff. Their current team is built upon foundations of almost 20 years’ experience, to offer their customers a high-quality service in all aspects of their property sales, lettings and purchasing needs. The company has flourished from small operations and now boasts multiple state of the art offices, located within ideal catchment areas in Cardiff.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  • Create and work towards a strategy approved by the company Directors
  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
  • Manage performance of other employees and conduct morning meetings and organise daily diaries
  • Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
Candidate Specification:
  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager or a Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Be target driven and tenacious
  • Good at managing, leading and mentoring a team as well as working independently
  • Organised, hardworking, reliable and an excellent communicator
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  • Able to prove a track record in generating new business
  • Resilient, positive, enthusiastic and friendly
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
Job Type:
  • Full time Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
  • Saturdays 10am – 5pm on a rotational basis (usually one in three)
  • Use of Company Car during working hours
