Up to £22,000 basic plus commission - Sales

Lucid Recruitment is recruiting exclusively on behalf of a very well-established Sales and Lettings Estate Agency based in Cardiff Bay. Their current team is built upon foundations of almost 20 years’ experience, to offer their customers a high-quality service in all aspects of their property sales, lettings and purchasing needs. They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team ASAP.
 
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience of property selling as well in-depth knowledge of the Cardiff area and market is essential.
  • Maximize the overall income and profitability of the branch.
  • Maintain regular contact with the company’s clients & carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner
  • An experienced Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Be target driven and tenacious
  • Organised, hardworking, reliable and an excellent communicator
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth to support the Sales Manager
  • Able to prove a track record in generating new business
  • Resilient, positive, enthusiastic and friendly
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
 
Job Type:
 
  • Full time Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
  • Saturdays 10am – 5pm on a rotational basis (usually one in three)
  • Use of Company Car during working hours
