Lucid Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of the largest information security training organisation in the world. The company offer intensive, technical training designed to impart the skills and techniques necessary for defending systems and networks against the most dangerous threats - the ones being actively exploited. Their training is led by world-renowned, expert instructors and the curriculum covers all the most crucial areas of security. Training can be delivered in a classroom, training event, privately in the workplace or online. 
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales International Operations Analyst.
Purpose of the role:
  • Responsible for supporting the strategic planning process, analysing business performance, driving consistent and streamlined operations processes and procedures, and leading key strategic sales programs.
  • Take ownership in managing sales planning and reporting, quota setting and management, compensation design and maintenance, and ownership of sales productivity initiatives.
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Act as strategic and trusted business partner to our European and Asia-Pacific sales teams, and be the primary and daily point of contact related to sales process, sales compensation, sales technology, and sales data
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organisation’s planning efforts
  • Enable sales strategy and execution, including day-to-day processes and adherence to policies
  • Establish closed feedback loop with other business units
  • Help build, edit, and manage sales reports, and dig into the data to determine root cause and/or explore important business questions, including sales data management initiatives  for CRM and reporting
  • Manage sales incentive plans, including data maintenance, monthly reviews, support inquiries/resolutions
  • Be able to streamline and improve processes with a view to enhancing the sales unit and strong Salesforce/ CRM experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field with 7+ years business or sales operations experience
  • Proven success working through ambiguity and company growth
  • Strong knowledge of European and Asian cybersecurity markets, with prior experience working in roles with global scope
  • Excellent analytical aptitude, fluent in reporting tools like Excel and Tableau
  • Solid understanding and expertise in pipeline and forecasting models
  • Experience with quota setting and sales compensation program design
  • Effective written, verbal and public speaking skills
