Lucid Recruitment are currently recruiting for an educational institution who are seeking an experienced and ambitious Social Media Specialist to join their elite team. You will be joining a national organisation with a dedicated, centralised marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, as Social Media Specialist you will be expected to create engaging Social campaigns driven by outstanding content through all key channels. You will be responsible for promoting all brands across all regions in the UK.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Contribute towards creative brief pitches with creative ideas (Agencies)
  • Working with your line manager to plan, create and coordinate all Social Media content
  • Work closely with our staff to capture their culture and voice
  • Manage social media campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Analyse/report on data and make decisions based on results
  • Create a wide variety of content to share (written copy, vlogs, video)
  • Responsible for generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images (briefed to Graphic Designer video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Responsible for creating and editing video content for Weekly Vlogs
  • You are responsible for daily Horizon scanning to ensure the systematic monitoring of information sources and indicators, with the intent of identifying patterns and news stories
  • Own the company’s social media marketing strategy across existing and new platforms
  • Grow the social media presence in line with business objectives
  • Maintain the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice across all social platforms.
  • Building relationships with team to enable all social media promotional campaigns
  • Run competitions, events, live videos and more to engage different demographics
