My client, a manufacturing company in Merthyr Tydfil have a Temporary need for an HR Administrator for 4 weeks.
The candidate will need some HR Admin experience to be successful in this role due to the nature of the duties involved.
Duties Include:
The preparation, roll out and reading of new contracts for employees
Administrating the outcome of the current HR Audit taking place
Checking employee compliancy
Right to Work document checking etc.
Other HR Admin duties as needed.
The role is an immediate start role, candidates will however need to register with us as the agency before employment can start; this can be done electronically.
The role is 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri and pays £10.56 per hour
