Position:
The UK Sales Manager reports directly to the International Business Development Manager and is responsible for driving the company’s growth in the UK.
The Sales Manager must:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, interviewing prospects, determining customer needs, coordinating/participating in onsite demonstrations, working with the customers to develop cost/benefit analyses, creating customized proposals, and acting as a liaison for all orders, training and customer service.
Successful candidates must possess a combination of skills that include an ability to deeply understand the technical merits of our products, and quickly understand the technical needs of a variety of end users and industries. The candidate needs to possess a unique set of interpersonal skills that allow her/him to successfully engage in both blue and white-collar settings. Internally, the Sales Manager will be required to interact with executive leadership, marketing and customer service. Externally, the UK Sales Manager will be required to interact with experienced regulators, engineering managers, senior operations managers, contractors and on-site operators. The ideal person for this role will need to be highly organized, energetic, confident and a self-starter who possesses a combination of technical, sales and interpersonal skills.
